We spoke with Patti and Maria in 2018 when we were interested in renting our home in Colorado Springs. They were referred to us from a friend of our daughters. Since we do not live in Colorado, she made sure that everything was done effortlessly from signing documents to checking on the house after we were gone. When we hit a snafu, Maria was there to put out the fire. We told her our expectations for selling the house and she found the right couple who met all those expectations. I always say–It only takes a little more effort to go “First Class” and Maria does that and more. We would highly recommend Maria and her team to anyone wishing to sell their home.
